abcd8 reserves the right to reject any membership application or suspend an existing account at any time.

Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your abcd8 account. The following points are particularly important:

3.1 Protecting Login Credentials

Keep your username and password confidential and do not share them with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling, or granting access to your account to another person is strictly prohibited. Breaching this condition may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of your balance.

Financial Transactions & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on abcd8 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). Deposits via any other method are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. It is recommended to use the same method for withdrawal that was used for the deposit.

4.3 Deposit & Withdrawal Verification

abcd8 reserves the right to carry out an identity verification (KYC) process for large withdrawals. Verification may be required if inconsistencies are found between deposit and withdrawal details.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency transactions are not currently supported.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on abcd8 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. That means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposit.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on games approved by abcd8.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• abcd8 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• You may not participate in more than one bonus offer at the same time, unless specifically stated in the offer's terms.
• Any attempt to claim a bonus through fraud or abuse of the system will result in account termination.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

abcd8 maintains four VIP tiers: Bronze (maximum weekly cashback 0.4%), Silver (maximum 0.8%), Gold (maximum 1.1%), and Platinum (maximum 1.5%). Tier advancement depends on overall gaming activity. Cashback is paid each week in accordance with the applicable rules.

Gaming Policy & Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Policy

abcd8 follows a fair play policy. All game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined. Any user who attempts to manipulate outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities will have their account terminated.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.

6.3 Sports Betting Restrictions

abcd8 offers betting on cricket, football, and other sports. However, users must ensure they are selecting the correct market and event. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed, unless abcd8 approves an exception under specific circumstances.

9.1 Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time. In this case, any valid balance in the account (subject to bonus terms being met) may be withdrawn.

9.2 Closure Initiated by abcd8

If abcd8 terminates an account due to a breach of terms, bonus balances and winnings derived from bonuses may be forfeited. A decision regarding the original deposit amount (excluding bonuses) will be made following a review.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

abcd8 is committed to providing a reliable and secure platform. However, abcd8 is not liable in the following situations:

• A game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• A transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment provider.
• Login credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• The service is temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance or unexpected technical issues.
• Financial loss resulting from the user's own gaming decisions.
